General Guidelines

  Government-Approved ID Required: All adult guests must present a valid physical government-approved photo identity card (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. In accordance with local regulations, PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity or address proof.

  Child & Extra Bed Policy: Children under 5 years of age stay complimentary when sharing the existing bed. Children between 5 and 11 years are subject to extra child occupancy rates. Guests aged 12 years and above are classified as adults and require an extra mattress or bed.

  Smoking & Peaceful Hours: For the comfort of all residents, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms and indoor public lounges. Dedicated outdoor smoking zones are provided. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

  Visitor & Security Policy: External visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 10:00 PM. Visitors must register at the front desk with a valid photo ID before entering resort premises.

  Cancellation & Park Permits: Cancellation policies depend on the chosen booking package and season. Wildlife safari zone entry permits, forest rest house bookings, and special permit fees are completely non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
