• Payment Data: All financial transactions are directed to secure, encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways. Gola Holidays does not store credit card pin numbers or net-banking credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your collected information is processed solely for the execution of travel logistics:

• Registering your identity with state government authorities to secure safari permits.
• Fulfilling room reservations with hoteliers and forest rest house (FRH) caretakers.
• Sharing your contact numbers with assigned local drivers and tour guides to facilitate pickup logistics.
• Providing customized quotes, booking confirmations, and critical itinerary updates via WhatsApp or Email.

3. Sharing & Disclosure Policy

Gola Holidays enforces a strict zero-sale policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data is disclosed only to the following trusted entities:

• Government Regulatory Bodies: Specifically the Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) and Uttarakhand State Forest Department, for mandatory forest booking clearances.
• Service Providers: Handpicked resort partners, camps, and logistics handlers who are contractually bound to protect your privacy.
• Legal Compliance: If required by judicial sub-poenas, law enforcement inquiries, or local state regulations in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
