1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking a travel itinerary with Gola Holidays, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all guidelines, you must not confirm bookings or utilize our services.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• Advance Token: Secure package reservations require an initial token payment ranging from 30% to 50% of the total quote, depending on peak seasons and hotel preferences.
• Forest Permits Payment: 100% of the government safari fee must be paid upfront to secure forest permits immediately upon release.
• Balance Remittance: Remaining balances must be cleared either before arrival or on the first day of travel, as agreed during booking communication. Gola Holidays reserves the right to suspend transport or check-in vouchers if payment timelines are missed.

3. Jim Corbett Safari & FRH Rules

• Mandatory Original ID: All passengers must carry the exact original Government identity cards (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) submitted during reservation. Copy checks or digital files that do not match the forest gate manifest will result in immediate forest entry cancellation.
• Zone Operations: Forest entry routes (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Garjiya, etc.) are managed by the Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) authority. Gola Holidays acts as a booking agent and is not liable if zones are closed due to rain, wildlife movements, or administrative orders.
• Forest Rest House Stays: Stays deep within the park are governed by eco-tourism laws. Loud music, carrying alcohol, stepping outside compound fences after sunset, and driving private cars inside core areas are strictly prohibited and punishable by forest law fines.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email or verified WhatsApp. The following refund guidelines apply:

• Forest Entry Permits (Jeep / Canter): 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked.
• Hotel & Resort Bookings: Subject to individual resort policies. Generally, cancellations made 15–30 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Cabs & Tours Packages: Package cancellation charges are determined by the progress of logistics setups and reservations already finalized with third-party vendors.

5. Force Majeure & Mountain Liability

Uttarakhand is a hilly terrain prone to unpredictable weather, landslides, cloudbursts, heavy monsoon blockages, and state road closures.

Gola Holidays is not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional stay expenses caused by natural disasters, strikes, acts of state governments, or technical breakdowns of local infrastructure. We will do our best to rearrange logistics safely, but any supplementary cost (e.g. additional nights at hotels, extra taxi routes) must be cleared by the client.

6. Jurisdiction & Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claims arising out of services provided by Gola Holidays must be filed exclusively under the jurisdiction of the local courts of Ramnagar/Nainital, Uttarakhand.
