Tiger sightings depend on luck and jungle movement, but the Dhikala and Bijrani zones are historically popular for sightings. Dhikala offers vast grassland views, while Bijrani has thick sal forest paths. Jhirna and Dhela are excellent for diverse wildlife like wild elephants and deer, and are open year-round.

Advanced booking is highly recommended. Night stay permits inside core zones (like Dhikala) open 45 days in advance and sell out within minutes. Day safaris for Bijrani and Garjiya zones open 30 days in advance. We suggest booking at least 30-45 days before your trip.

Inside the core safari zones (such as Dhikala or Gairal), mobile signals are extremely weak or non-existent (especially Jio and Airtel). Stays outside the park borders and along the Ramnagar bypass have stable network coverage and resort Wi-Fi.

Wear dull, earthy colors like khaki, brown, olive green, or grey to blend with the forest surroundings. Avoid bright colors like red or yellow. Wear sunglasses, a sun hat, and carry a light jacket during morning safaris as open 4x4 gypsies can get chilly.

Yes, children of all ages can join the safari. There are no age restrictions for open gypsy safaris. However, parents must ensure children sit securely inside the vehicle and remain quiet so as not to disturb the wildlife.
