General Guidelines & Requirements

  Government-Approved ID Required: All adult guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.

  Child & Extra Bed Policy: Children under 5 stay free sharing existing bed. Ages 5–11 have extra child rates. Guests 12+ are classified as adults.

  Smoking & Quiet Hours: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Dedicated outdoor smoking zones are provided. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

  Visitor & Security Policy: External visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival.

  Cancellation & Safari Permits: Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and season. National park safari permits and forest rest house bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  Seasonal & Holiday Surcharges: Tariffs shown represent standard rates. Dynamic surcharges or minimum stay rules may apply during long weekends, festival dates, and peak holidays.
